- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed in this bank. My daughter had an account through the Learn 2 Earn program at school. I opened the statements from time to time just to check the interest being added, but otherwise she didn't use the account, was just letting the money build up she put in 3 years ago. I decided to open a statement today and found ALL the money was gone. When I called it was because she hadn't been using the account enough and the state took the money. We never saw a letter saying "immediate action required", or more importantly a PHONE CALL to your customer!! This was a 10 yr olds account and rather then making a solid attempt to reach your customer, you let the state take the child's money. I don't have a personal account with them, only my daughter did, but I will now never use them nor recommend anyone does after the poor attempt, well no attempt really, that they made to resolve the issue and just let the state take her savings, shame on you guys!By Patrick Rex, November 06, 2016
